  成城大学国際センターからイベントや留学情報を発信するために生まれた。 同施設の掲示物、SNS、サイネージなど様々な媒体で登場した。 文部科学省主催の留学啓蒙ボランティア活動「SIPS」の一環で、作者がキャラクターコンテストを提案し、作者自らジョーバルで参加、採用されたことが始まり。

  Joval was appeared as the mascot of Seijo University Global Center the first. Joval disseminate information about study abroad and events by various media such as social media, poster, and signage. As part of the SIPS project(sponsored by the MEXT to foster momentum for study abroad), I the author proposed a character contest, I participated in with Joval, and won!
